Preparation Guidelines for Free Paper (Oral and Poster)

Abstracts submitted via on-line and e-mail. (Fax will not be accepted.)
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official conference publications.
Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants.
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
Please note that abstracts submitted with a low level of English will not be considered for presentation.
Abstract must not exceed 500 words in length (not including title and authors)
Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
Submitter is responsible for typing errors.
